For over a decade, I have worked and thrived in the world of retail leadership and learning & development. Coaching teams, creating transformational training, and mentoring others into their potential. Since the beginning, I’ve always held a deep love for growth, mindset work, and the power of intentional living. I didn’t realize it when I first started, I was laying the foundation for the life coaching work I do now.

Then life cracked me open in the most beautiful way.

Becoming a mother to two incredible daughters shifted everything. Their presence awakened something deeper in me, a desire to heal ancestral trauma, grow, and live with radical authenticity to achieve my own career and relationship aspirations. I began therapy, confronted childhood traumas, and immersed myself in deep self-discovery. That healing journey led to a spiritual awakening that reconnected me to my intuition, my voice, and my purpose.

As I evolved, something became clear: I wasn't just meant to grow through this, I was meant to teach through it.

I’ve always been a teacher, a guide, a space holder. A thought leader in personal development with a natural gift for helping others see what’s possible. Through my own healing, I began using the tools that helped me self-love, belief, nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and manifestation. To not only shift my life but create a soul-aligned reality I once only dreamed of.

And now I help others do the same.
